Step 1: Warm Your Penis up

This step can be done passively, especially if you’re in the shower. If you’re in the shower just make sure that the temperature is nice and hot. Just let the water hit your penis for about 1 minute.

Step 3: Thickening Exercise (Basic Jelqing)

Once you’re done with the lengthening exercise. Give yourself a few seconds of rest. Next, we’ll perform a simple thickening exercise which is known colloquially as Jelqing.

In doing this exercise, you’re going to keep the O.K hand sign you utilized in the previous step. The only difference is now you’re going to put the circle at the base of your penis.

Beginning at the base of your penis, gently but firmly move your hand towards the head of your penis, then release your grip right before reaching the head. So you’re going to use a milking motion.

Repeat with the opposite hand and then do 20 repetitions with both hands in a rhythmic motion.

Step 4: PC Muscle Contractions

This exercise is similar to what women do with Kegel exercises. They basically target the muscles of your pelvic floor which are known as your pubococcygeal (PC) muscle.

Both men and women have PC muscles. Both men and women have PC muscles. They provide support to your pelvic organs, including your urethra, bladder, and bowel.

If you’ve ever tried controlling your erection or moving your penis without your hand, the muscle responsible for this is your PC muscle.

Now, to do contractions, all you need to do is contract this muscle in a pulsating rhythm 20 times for 20 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds, and then repeat the set 3 times.

It’s that easy.
